Delivery Method

Doyes now have 2 warehouses including LA, US and HK, China.Pls confirm the stock before you place the order.

Doyes use one of the following carriers to deliver your order:DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS, FedEx is the priority choice on default.Regular deliveries to most metro areas should be within 3-7 business days. For other rural areas, orders should be delivered within 7-15 business days.

We can ship United States/Canada/United Kindom/German/France/Italy/New Zealand/Australia/Poland The rest can not.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

About Customs Tax

Customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Doyes has no control over these charges.

Order Tracking

When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.
